  • TWIT_paginate_max_id
  • TWIT_paginate_cursor
  • TWIT_paginate_chunked() — extracted from search_users() and search_tweets()

Only shown if verbose = TRUE

seach_tweets() uses TWIT_paginate_max_id and search_tweets() already has a progress bar, so not sure what I was thinking for the last bullet.

Oooh, it's supposed to be lookup_users() and lookup_tweets()
