For English User

Please provide the following information.

Transmission: 4.0.3 (6b0e49bbb2), RPC: 17
Web Control: 1.6.1 (20200913)
Browser name & version：Brave Browser v1.51.110
Problem description: if the column is resized to less than the text width, afterwards the size can no longer be changed. When you click and drag to resize, instead it will try to move the whole column.
