To avoid problems such as robotology/robotology-superbuild#463 .

I manually inspected the powershell and command prompt scripts in https://github.com/robotology/robotology-superbuild-dependencies-vcpkg/tree/v0.6.1/scripts and indeed they are already using backslash.
