Rename @robolex/sure since it's similar to grantila/suretype

I found out about https://typeschema.com/ through trpc and realised that there's already a validation library named suretype.

There's not much incentive currently to change the name since the library is mostly used internally and there's not much adoption, but a better name should definitely be found since it doesn't seem nice to have 2 validation libraries that sound so similar.
