  • Currently hardcoded. Will pull from a central bank of "ask the court" questions - tagged with case.
  • Ask a question opens a form for a user to submit a question. Need to investigate how to handle this on the back-end most efficiently - so PIDS can process the incoming easily.

There are two possible flows here:

  1. Need to develop "Ask the Court" form as SharePoint web form (instead of Google Form) which then might submit that question to a E-Mail DL or a generic e-mail so that PIDS can reply back to the user directly via e-mail.
  2. If over the period of time there is a list of Frequently Asked Questions or if there are any questions of value for other users, then those can be displayed in "Ask the Court" section. The data for this can come from centralized SharePoint List which will have list of questions and answers as multi line text where each question will be related to a specific Case or Situation.

Need more info and clarity on exact requirements.

Let's use this issue for the form part (point 1): the user can ask a question via a form.

The issue around the central bank of questions and answers for "Ask the Court" (point 2) is #17

Case - Ask the Court and Situation - Ask the Court will show lists of these questions with metadata for that case/situation.
