That's actually by design. The "fulltext" we have is mostly of lower quality for human readers - broken oder multiple line breaks, sometimes mis-OCRed characters, no consistent format of tables, etc.
All these things are not a problem for our search engine, but as a human reader thats not something you want to see - especially in a feed you want to read daily.
Until we have a nearly perfect representation of the pdf as html oder plaintext I would not add this feature.
Currently, the RSS feed only shows metadata with links in fulltext. This makes it impossible to read the actual text inside the RSS reader.
