Authenticating before crawling?

I have a software (that I pay for) that I want to scrape, however it's obviously behind authentication.

What would be the steps needed to first authenticate and then redirecting to the page I want to register the startUrls from?

So basically:

• Authenticate
• Navigate to page I need
• yield Requests to be passed onto the parse method
