Cannot bind to specific IP address

There is only an ability to bind either loopback or any interface. Which could be non acceptable if required to allow only internal network connections.

Would be great to add a configuration option like "bind-address" and here Rnwood.SmtpServer/ServerOptions.cs:84 return 'bind-address' option if available.
