Application RetroZilla blocked by Trend Antivirus and Windows Defender #65

The link to the EXE installer is blocked by Trend Micro AV

the ZIP file is downloaded successfully and OKed by Trend

the ZIP unZips successfully. Running RetroZilla is blocked by SmartScreen Windows Defender

Windows 10 and above might not be the right environment to use RetroZilla at all.

A complaining "SmartScreen" is the default behaviour of Windows 10/11 since the .exe file is not digitally signed. (Which is not necessary for Windows 9x)
