Support desktop platform. #51
Comments
Given the open source nature of this project, it will probably take someone who has Windows, and who is sufficiently motivated, to submit a PR and then maintain it. However, it might also be a bit too early to support a Windows implementation given that the APIs are still in early technical preview and subject to change significantly before the final release. |
thanks for your response. |
It sounds like you could be sufficiently motivated :-) I was in a similar situation to you, where I needed a certain feature on iOS "urgently" (for a different plugin), and I found myself sufficiently motivated to learn Objective C and learn how to do it myself. (To answer your question, I don't personally know anyone who develops for Windows.) |
PRs welcome for anyone who wants to contribute. |
Hi,
is there anything going on to support windows desktop in the future?
Because there is still no fix in flutter to use plugins inside isolates.
