Deleted or abandoned islands retain WorldGuard protection

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Delete or remove an island using /usb island remove or delete

Because deleted islands remain in the uSkyblock folder (islands, completion), I have tried deleting them there as well. Still, the references have to be manually removed from the WorldGuard/skyworld/regions file.
