The existing content in the software-engineering-preparation repository lacks instructions for installing PostgreSQL on Windows. As a learner, I recommend adding a dedicated section or updating the relevant content to include clear and concise installation steps for Windows users. This enhancement would make the repository more comprehensive and helpful for a wider audience.
