Ability to change order of repos on the monitor

Hello.

At the moment, repositories are ordered on how many open PRs there are. Would it be possible to add different ways of ordering? e.g. By alphabetical order, or by the number of requests for your review?

Not sure about the roadmap for the project. But this could either be implemented with:

• A simple dropdown menu at the top of the monitor
  or
• A settings menu outside of the monitor - probably as a component on the Account route

Hi @lwkchan , I'm working on a major re-write at the moment to ditch Redux and move to Apollo Client, tidying things up along the way. Once that is done there are loads of new features I want to add and a setting for this is one of them! Will keep this issue open here to remind me.
