你好，如果是Masnory布局红点位置会默认显示在左上角，而且当有消息的时候点击push到下一个页面，返回时再请求消息红点显示但是设置的红点偏移量是无效的。

masnory布局的控件可以在使用小红点前先立刻刷新一下空间的布局 [but layoutIfNeeded];
