Describe the bug

A user report:
“It looks like you do not support https with clickhouse”:

ERROR: ExecuteError: internal error: Sink error: ClickHouse error: network error: error trying to connect: invalid URL, scheme is not http
For this configuration:
    clickhouse.url = 'https://aaaaa.us-west-2.aws.clickhouse.cloud:8443',

Not enable the tls feature?
