Presence status syncing and UI update between the widget and RingCentral app

The Invisible/Offline status is not synced between the widget and the app. Only "Available" and "Do not disturb" works. Is it limitation or something wrong on my end?

Hi @duyendoan Thanks for feedback. Yes, the RC app and the widget are using different presence status endpoint now, as RC app also support to show meeting status. It is on our roadmap to update the widget presence status.

From developer's feedback, the app doesn't show On a call for presence. We need to sync UI as RingCentral desktop
