Allow new zip file to overwrite previous custom post

I think what's basically needed is an iframe admin interface here: https://rhizome.org/rza/blog/

Right now I have no way to delete old iframe posts once uploaded, even if they were just drafts.

sry about this stuff, i know you had to deal with it for program announcement. i think for now it is easiest to try and get overwriting to work. there are lots of issues, like for example Zach needed to add some attribution text today to the post today, i just logged into the server and edited the file on disk. i think we should re-think so it works better for us with the new site.

by "this" i mean being able to have custom pages, which is a great feature
