What is the current behavior?

when it tries to download the file, it says "Failed - no file"

For bugs: please provide steps to reproduce and tell us a little about your environment (e.g., what OS and version of the package you're using)

Working incognito on Chrome. Checked with Brittany and its happening for her too.

What is the expected behavior?

when Download Starter Settings is clicked, it should download the zip file that you should be able to expand and have the harmonium-settings and color-palatte files
