Today, when I opened Zotero, I noticed that some options were in another language. This issue was reported in the Zotero forum, and thanks to a suggestion, I discovered that enabling BBT (Better BibTeX) is the cause.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
A. Open Zotero with BBT enabled, or
B. Open Zotero with BBT disabled and then enable it.
If the plugin is disabled after the error appears, the issue still persists until Zotero is closed and restarted without the plugin enabled.
I think it should be impossible for any plugin to cause this, so I've asked on the Zotero developers forum how they think this can happen. I have no idea myself.

I restar Zotero with the plugin disable and other try with the plugin enable for the logs.
