Stuck on export #2954
Comments
Hello @mretier,
Here’s how you can share your debug log:
After these steps, you will receive debug ID displayed in red. Please share this ID with Sharing your debug log gives Thank you. PS: If the Debug Log menu is not available, or if it fails to send the debug log, you can use the option under “Help” > “Send debug log to file.io”. |
I'm sorry, there has been an error on my end. It's working now. |
Thanks for the feedback! Just so you know, GitHub doesn't let me control who can close issues, and @retorquere likes to leave bug reports and enhancements open as a nudge to merge them into the next release. |

What happened?
Hi,
I think I'm experiencing a similar problem as #2940.
When I try to export my library it is stuck on "Exporting items...".
I tried un/checking the "keepUpdated" and "worker" boxes, too, but to no avail.
I'm on a M3 MBA running MacOS Sonoma 14.5 and the latest versions of Zotero and Better BibTex.
