Campus Resources section / page

Just documenting an idea that came up at Coffee and Code this morning to add a campus resources section to the website with UITS, CCT, HPC, etc., similar to how we advertise Code Commons and WiDS? @val-pf has a cool list...

If we do, we'd need to be careful about wording + design to be clear that "this section is only for university people;" might be worth its own page, instead of putting it on the main one?

Also, totally fine to close / not do this
