テスト用のトークンの更新方法

TEST_TOKEN の更新方法。1年おきに更新が必要なので、その際の更新手順。

更新をサボると次のように落ちる

1. トークンの再生成

https://github.com/settings/tokens?page=1&type=beta

This token has expired.

のような文字列をクリックすると再生成できる（今回は更新後だったのでその表示がナシ）

2. トークンの反映

https://github.com/rerost/issue-creator/settings/secrets/actions ここからTEST_TOKEN を入れ替える

ちなみに https://github.com/rerost/issue-creator-for-test でテストissueやディスカッションを作っている
