ceeate-kaboom is broken on windows in the latest versions of node 18, 20, and 21 because of this security patch. After looking through the code an easy fix would be not adding .cmd after the spawned executable's name when running commands on windows.

Kaboom is no longer mantained, go to KAPLAY
