Describe the proposed change(s).

Risks/shortcomings of constraintsFiltering=strict

Suppressing updates, inaccurate declarations, small overlap problems in constraints

If language constraints remain the same, eventually all updates get blocked once none support the project's old language constraints.

Important to update language.
