I never saw this working

Wanted end result.

We have a limit for renovate maximum opened PRs, and we have reached it.
I would like to force one particular security bump in the queue.

What you tried so far.

When I click the checkbox to force it, it goes in the "Awaiting schedule", then after some time it just goes back to "Rate limited".
I tried multiple times, always with the same result.

Note: I've forced in the past some other PRs and it worked.

According to the logs, the error message is push declined due to repository rule violations. This could be for any reason and deleting one by one might still not work.

Our existing check is at

renovate/lib/util/git/error.ts

But on the same line there is Pushes can not update more than 5 branches or tags. so that should be the rule violated, no?
