Describe the bug

I have observed this on github.com with the mend hosted version of Renovate and internally with the self hosted version.

I declined the onboarding PR uhthomas/gocovertotal#1, and Renovate opened another one uhthomas/gocovertotal#2.

1. Go to the affected PR, and search for "View repository job log here"
2. Select the link to go to the "Mend Renovate Dashboard" and log in
3. You are now in the correct repository log overview screen
4. Copy/paste the correct log
5. Follow the steps in the formatting your logs section
