Documentation builds should work for "targetType": "sourceLibrary" #142

Any package with source present at all should be able to produce documentation builds. The existing --build=docs option however currently fails if the targetType is a sourceLibrary, emitting the same error message as if one attempted to build a binary: Error: Main package has target type "sourceLibrary" which generates no target - stopping build."
