Refreshing the page should not require logging in again

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

While running the application locally using the latest changes on dev, I noticed that refreshing the page logs me out and requires that I re-authenticate with Keplr, but refreshing the page in production keeps me logged in.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a user, when I refresh the page, I would like to stay logged in.

We've been unable to reproduce this so putting this issue into the icebox until somebody reproduces this.
@ryanchristo If you could provide your application logs (network, console), that might be helpful.
