For example, if I have a GET all query, and I want to pre-populate the cache for GET ones like so:

when do the cache entries for getOne expire?

Default cache time = 60 s.
It should be applicable to any rtk query.
Don't you see refetch after 60 seconds in your dev tools or why are you asking?
