Investigate the use of a volume rather than a hostpath for the bpffs in K8s #7

The current solution that supports bpf_map_pinning being used by unprivileged pods is using a hostpath mount for the bpffs, this is far from ideal.

It would be great to investigate the use of a different volume type rather than hostpath for the bpffs
