When the installer configures letsencrypt it doesn't have anything in place to re-pack the renewed cert into the java keystore and truststore and reload them in the server. I currently have to go through the cert process again and it does those steps.
I believe this could be added as a post-renew hook to automatically generate the files needed and then potentially have an option to automatically restart, restart at a specific time, or don't restart automatically for the updated cert to take effect.
Even better would be if the cert files could be hot reloaded but I am not sure if that is possible.
