3.5. Setting the JAVA_HOME environment variable on Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Some applications will require you to set the JAVA_HOME environment variable in order for the application to find your Java installation.
OpenJDK over Java please

@ncbaratta This is another one about terminology/consistency. I can change it to OpenJDK but I wonder what would be more user friendly. Users might know of Java, but not OpenJDK.
