Text to add under the main 'Marketing' heading
The Marketing Screen allows you to customise the template suite included in Agency Cloud to your companies Brand guidelines, choose which portals your Offices feed to along with access to your API credentials.

Text to add under 'Temlplates' tab:
Templates
Please add the below which will be used in Agency Cloud to customise the template suite to your branding. This includes standard Brochures, Window cards, e-mails, Letters & Reports.

• Upload a Logo - File type .jpg, .png or .gif; minimum 1200 x 800 pixels (Max file size 4Mb)
• Upload an e-mail header - File type .jpg, .png or .gif; minimum 800 x 150 pixels in one direction
• Input Business Brand colours – Using HEX or colour picker*

• Primary Brand Colour
• Secondary Brand Colour
• Email Hyperlink colour
  • Disclaimer text – Which will populate email templates.
  • Website URL

Text to add under Portals tab'
Please select the portal(s) to which you would like to upload your properties from Agency Cloud – Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, LonRes or Relocation Agent Network (RAN).
(For Irish Clients: My Home & Daft are available)

This notifies us of your intended portal usages, please ensure that you have also contacted your portal providers to obtain your branch IDs as these will be used to populate the ID(s) per Office once you are ready to feed to the requested portals

*Text to add under Web Feed'
This allows 3rd party developers to access your RPS data in order to develop applications ranging from web sites, window displays and more detailed Marketplace Apps or Agency Cloud Customisations. As soon as a property is added to Agency Cloud, it’s available in the web service/API and can be online in seconds & errors can be corrected immediately
