I have the same error message. I use windows 10.

What works for me currently is to change the port.

run(HelloWorld, port=7000)

port 8000, does not work.

I also use this mui, I get it from youtube.

module_from_template is currently deprecated due to bugs and instability. Within the next few months we will be releasing an alternative to this, but for we recommend using our custom JavaScript components API.
