Expected behavior

Toast alerts should be at the top of all layers for easy viewing

Actual Behavior

Toast alerts are behind new action-panel

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

  • Open Large-sized action-panel (Orders, for example)
  • Make an action that will cause a Toast alert (re-send shipping notification on completed order)
  • See Toast alert is hidden
