This updates the ExoPlayer module to 2.9.0. The ExoPlayer team is now requiring SDK 26, Gradle 3 plugin, and Java 1.8 support so we need to follow suit.
Given that React Native 0.57 just dropped and has SDK 27 & Gradle 3 plugin support, plus Google is requiring SDK 26 for all apps this month, it makes sense to do a breaking release now.
I've updated the README to include all of the version 4.0.0 breaking changes.
