Selected field disappears when saved

After I select a field for the slider, save it and add it to a dashboard the selected field no longer displays when I return to edit it.

I noticed the bug already. The field is still selected, but the edit form doesnt show which field is currently selected. I will fix this bug in future releases.

Adding "track by field.name" to the ng-options attribute of the select element in sliderOptions.html should fix this.
