dt-bindings: display: panel-dsi bindings

Bindings for the panel-dsi specific additions to panel-simple. Allow for DSI specific bus settings and panel timing to be define in devicetree. Very similar to panel-dpi. Signed-off-by: Timon Skerutsch <[email protected]>
