Build fails when DEBUGTRACE is uncommented #696

When DEBUGTRACE is commented out (default) in common.h, make x64 builds successfully.

When DEBUGTRACE is uncommented with a value of 0 or 1, build fails with tons of these:

elevator.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol log_to_file [C:\Users\user\Desktop\metasploit-payloads\c\met
erpreter\workspace\elevator\elevator.vcxproj]
  Release\x64\elevator.x64.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals [C:\Users\user\Desktop\metasploit-payloads
\c\meterpreter\workspace\elevator\elevator.vcxproj]

VS2019 Community on Win10.
