Querying for inverted predicates

Right now when an inverted predicate exists for a given predicate we include both predicates in the resulting cypher calls. If it can be decided that the transpiler is only used for querying graphs properly normalized with the biolink model this shouldn't be necessary. Only the canonical predicate should be found in the DB.
