GKE Autopilot has some some particularities to the way the cluster is managed by GCP that may complicate integrating this provisioning alternative with Turtles.
CAPG supports creating autopilot clusters, which are completely managed by Google, including cluster configuration, nodes, scaling, security, and other preconfigured settings. Once the cluster is provisioned with CAPI+CAPG, when going through Turtles' import mechanism, it cannot create the import manifest as there are limitations set by GKE's Warden (https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/concepts/autopilot-security#autopilot-pss), including blocking custom labels.
