store a recent plan on the state and devise a way to periodically run plans to see if things differ and be able to keep a flag on the CRD to notify that an apply needs to happen.

I took quite another approach. Just extend runHash with time and generate new executions every time X, based on state annotation. This ensures SOTW is on par with state. #75
