Some users want to use ubuntu or centos console instead of default console, but they don't want to switch manually.

Consider supporting the specified console when building ROS, so users can customize the ISO to use the non-default console.

Such as:
Try OS_CONSOLE=alpine make for building ROS, we can get an ISO built-in alpine console.
