Not able to start Rancher

Hi all,

I tried with installing different versions but I am still facing the following error. I am new to this, so please let me know if you need any additional information.

I am getting Kubernetes error whenever I start docker

Rancher Desktop 1.14.1 - darwin (aarch64)
I tried with latest kubernetes version too, I am trying this with 1.26.4

What am I missing?
