Instal phyloseq

Please assist with installing phyloseq#Install phyloseq - RUN ONLY THE FIRST TIME

sorry I do not have an answer to your question. but presently I'm stuck with slidify general installation. every time I use slidify('index.Rmd'); I'm getting error Error in markdownExtensions() : could not find function "markdownExtensions". can you please help on this? I'm not getting help anywhere.
