status 127 after running publish_github()

Hi, need help on this:

After I run the codes below:

publish_github('drkamarul', 'mosc')

I received these (below) and I have got 404 on http://mosc.github.io/drkamarul:

Publishing deck to mosc/drkamarul
You can now view your slide deck at http://mosc.github.com/drkamarul
