Begin upstream merge process to Terraform core?

Hey folks - great work on this so far!

We'd love to get vsphere support into Terraform core. Would you be interested in getting the latest version of this plugin submitted as a Terraform PR so we can review and pull it in? After merge we'd be happy to give terraform commit rights to you to help maintain the vsphere code in core.

Big thumbs up on this one. We are about to start using this and a couple of other providers in one of Cisco's labs. Quick intro as I am the new kid around here. I am working with the mantl.io team on expanding the vSphere support, and first things first, terraform provider.
