skip data-less benchmarks in html_plot

whenever I compare only nqp timings against other nqp timings, there's screens full of empty graphs in between the graphs with data.

It would be pretty nice if these would disappear. Or perhaps they should move to a second section at the very bottom that'd be titled "benchmarks without result data" and only have the name and the "[Source]" button.
