The sandbox mode should make it easy for developers to integrate with the ebicsbox. All features should be available.

A user wants to:

get webhooks for transactions and be able to debug those (assuming her application fails)
list random transactions
simulate real world responses/transactions for direct debits and transfers

ToDo:

generate/import dummy transactions/statements
generate matching transaction for an uploaded direct debit / transfer
support magic numbers for transfers/direct debits (like account not available, not funded, etc.)
