Just tried to use it with TS, here's module augmentation I did:

next-manifest.d.ts

declare module 'next-manifest/manifest' {
    import { FC } from 'react';
    type ManifestProps = Partial<{
        href: string;
        themeColor: string;
        initialScale: string;
    }>;
    const Manifest: FC<ManifestProps>;
    export default Manifest;
}
